ArcelorMittal Steel recently announced its fourth quarterlyreport for 2018. The data shows that its iron ore output in the fourth quarterof 2018 reached 14.9 million tons, an increase of 3.4% (400,000 tons), anincrease of 3.5% (500,000 tons).

ArcelorMittal's 2018 annual iron ore output was 58.5 milliontons, up 1.9% from 2017's 57.4 million tons. In the fourth quarter of 2018,Amway iron ore shipments were 15.7 million tons, up 9.8% year-on-year; in 2018,iron ore shipments were 59.3 million tons, up 0.7% from 2017. In the fourthquarter of 2018, the output of crude steel in Anmi was 22.8 million tons, adecrease of 2.1% from the previous month, which was flat year-on-year; theannual crude steel output in 2018 was 92.5 million tons, down 0.6% year-on-year.
